During our Free Case Evaluation, you will speak with our Client Support Coordinator to determine what your problem is and what you’d like to see as the solution. You will answer a few questions so we have enough information to submit for a Life and Legacy Strategy Session with one of our attorneys. 

What’s a Life + Legacy Strategy Session? 

The next step in our process is a 60-minute appointment with one of our attorneys at our office via Zoom or in-person, depending on your preference. During this time you will 1) discuss your needs and concerns, 2) tell us about your goals and hopes for what you want to get accomplished, and 3) learn about your options and how we can help you solve your problems, reach your goals, or both!

And, if you have documents you want us to take a look at, you can provide them to us at that point. Your experienced attorney will create a timeline and to-do list with you to determine the step to move you forward. 

No Surprise Fees! 

We’ve eliminated the fear of financial surprise so that engaging in our services is simple and comfortable and work on a flat fee basis. There will be no surprise fees at the end.
